Scheduled to open in 2027, this luxury condominium on Paradise Island will be a beachfront retreat, comprised of 67 carefully positioned residences in a prime location, close to the prestigious The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, which celebrates 60 years of history . Designed by SB Architects, a leading hotel architecture firm, and with interiors by Champalimaud Design, The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Residences, Bahamas will capture the beauty of the island in residences open to nature, with indoor and outdoor spaces designed to welcome . With a spacious floor plan and sophisticated finishes, the residences will range from 290 to 467 square meters in two, three and four bedroom options.
