Demòcrates will also inquire about the Reviu program
The councilors of Democrats for the Common of Andorra la Vella have entered two questions to be debated at the Common Council of Andorra la Vella to be held this Sunday at noon. According to a communiqué, the first one refers to the situation of the studies for the registration of the parish, while the second one is aimed at expanding the information about the Reviu program, aimed at placing on the market abandoned houses or those that need to be renovated.
With regard to the studies of maximum capacity, the DA councilors recalled that the award was made at the end of last August for a value of 199,300 euros and a delivery period of six months. Taking into account that “the contractual term has already passed, we would like to have a copy of the studies of Andorra la Vella in order to know the conclusions, which we consider essential when planning any action that involves future urbanistic projects”, they say to the question.
On the other hand, and with regard to the question about the Reviu program, the Democratic councilors demand to have the relation “of how many apartments have been made available to the Common of Andorra la Vella up to date, as well as the regulatory bases and the conditions of access to these apartments”. The question derives from some manifestations of the major councilor Sergi Gonzalez, during the last session of the Council of Comú, in which he assured that three owners with a housing stock of 20 apartments had already requested information from the corporation about the program.
