Sisterhood by Wolinski, a fashion brand committed to the fight against domestic abuse

Created in 2019 by Elsa Wolinski, the fashion brand Sisterhood by Wolinski is not only a commercial enterprise, but also a supportive and committed adventure. The brand aims to be activist, advocating solidarity and fighting against inequalities, particularly domestic violence.

Elsa Wolinski, following her meeting with women victims of domestic violence, decided to create Sisterhood by Wolinski with the sole obsession of finding a way to financially support these women in a lasting manner. To achieve this, the brand launched a collection of clothing with messages, combining eco-responsible materials, European manufacturing and factories audited for the good treatment of employees.

The new collection is like a raised fist for freedom and solidarity. The pieces are a little crazy, but the colors and codes reflect the joy of living. By purchasing a Sisterhood by Wolinski item of clothing, each customer contributes to supporting two associations : Cœurs de Guerrières and the Women’s Foundation .

For each piece sold, €2 is donated to each association , i.e. €4 in total. The Women’s Foundation, sheltered by the Fondation de France, is the reference structure in France for the freedom and rights of women, and fights against the violence of which they are victims. Thanks to the donations it receives, it provides financial, legal and material support for high-impact community initiatives throughout the country. The Cœurs de Guerrières Foundation was created in 2019 and has the essential objective of providing support and listening to women victims of domestic violence. She intervenes in particular to help these women get out of their situation, by offering them temporary accommodation and personalized support.
