Among the names that shine with their own light on the poster, we find Fredrik Berselius, a legend of New York cuisine, who at Suvretta House will fuse ingredients from the northeastern United States with Scandinavian flavors.
At the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz, Korean-Danish chef Kristian Baumann will unfold a harmonious fusion of cultures, combining the richness of Korean cuisine with the minimalist aesthetics of New Nordic Cuisine.
