The distribution of the business assets of Mango founder Isak Andic , who died in December 2024 in an accident in Montserrat, has been officially completed among his three children: Jonathan, Judith and Sarah Andic . The Punta Na holding company, which includes both 95 % of Mango and real estate assets valued at around €1.2 billion , has been divided equally , following a corporate governance structure already anticipated in previous months.
The formalization of the legacy was finalized at the end of June and was communicated this week to Mango’s 16,400 employees in an internal letter. Jonathan Andic now chairs Punta Na Holding and Mango MNG Holding , while Sarah is president of the real estate arm, Punta Na, and Judith holds vice-presidential and representative positions in both entities. This distribution confirms the Andic family’s continued ownership of the company, while maintaining the separation between ownership and management that Isak Andic had championed during his lifetime.
As part of this process, Jonathan Andic stepped down from his executive duties at the helm of Mango Man in June, after 17 years in that role, to focus on managing the family’s assets. Josep Estol has taken over his role at Mango’s men’s line , while Jonathan remains Vice Chairman of the group’s Board of Directors.
Mango CEO Toni Ruiz has been reappointed as Chairman of the Board following the death of Isak Andic. Ruiz, who has led the company’s management since 2020, thanked the Andic family for their trust and reaffirmed his commitment to the founder’s legacy, highlighting the vision, innovation, and passion that characterized Isak. «We will continue to make Isak’s dream a reality with enthusiasm, passion, and vision,» Toni Ruiz expressed in his message.
During this transition, Mango has also made corporate adjustments. It has transformed its legal structure, changing from Punto Fa SL to Mango MNG SA , and has relocated its headquarters to the Mango Campus in Palau-solità i Plegamans, Barcelona.
With the new organization of the heritage and business group, the Andic family consolidates its commitment to its founder’s legacy, while strengthening Mango’s corporate governance model, which has been key to its evolution as one of the leading European fashion brands.
